If you believe the item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us first.

We will carefully review your request and let you know whether you’re eligible for a return or refund.

If Your Return Is Approved

You will be asked to ship the item back to us (in its original condition and packaging).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Important Notes

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
We do not offer returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used or opened items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted products
